Welcome to SellDeck! This guide will help you get up and running in minutes.

Create Your Account

Sign up for free at selldeck.io. No credit card required to start.

Add Your First Items

Navigate to Inventory and click "Add Item" to start building your inventory. You can also bulk import via CSV.

Connect to Whatnot

Go to the Whatnot section and connect your account to sync products and orders automatically.

Plan Your First Show

Create a show, add items to your lineup, and use the prep sheet during your livestream.

Account Setup

After registration, we recommend completing these setup steps:

Profile: Add your name and update your email preferences
API Keys: If you have your own Anthropic API key, add it in Settings for AI pricing
Whatnot Connection: Connect your Whatnot account for seamless integration

Adding Inventory

There are several ways to add items to your inventory:

Manual Entry

Click "Add Item" and fill in the details including title, description, category, condition, and photos.

CSV Import

For bulk imports, download our CSV template from the Imports page, fill it in, and upload. We'll process your items automatically.

Whatnot Sync

If connected to Whatnot, you can import products directly from your Whatnot account.

Inventory Management

Your inventory is the heart of SellDeck. Here's what you can do:

Track Status: Items can be Available, Listed, Sold, Reserved, or Archived
Add Photos: Upload multiple photos per item with drag-and-drop reordering
Set Pricing: Track cost basis, suggested price, and sold price
Generate Labels: Create QR code labels for quick lookup during shows
Bulk Actions: Update multiple items at once with bulk status changes

Show Planning

Plan your livestreams efficiently with our show planning tools:

Create Shows: Set a title, schedule date, and add notes
Build Lineup: Drag and drop items into your show order
Prep Sheet: Use the prep sheet view during your live show
Mark Sold: Quickly mark items as sold during or after your show

AI Pricing

Get instant price estimates powered by AI:

AI Estimates: Upload a photo and get an AI-generated price suggestion
eBay Lookup: Search eBay sold listings for market comparison
Manual Pricing: Add your own price notes and research
Pricing History: Track all price estimates over time

Note: AI estimates are suggestions only. Always verify prices with your own research.

Whatnot Integration

Connect your Whatnot account for powerful features:

Product Sync: Import your Whatnot products
Order Tracking: View and manage orders

Manage your subscription in the Billing section. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
